2. International Payments

Do you accept International card payments?

Yes, we welcome all Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Maestro cards regardless of your country of residence. The amount shown will be in GB Pounds Sterling.

3. Delivery

Where is my order?

A tracking number will be sent you once your order has been processed, please use this to track the journey.

If you have placed an order which requires  4-6 week delivery time, please email orders@emefacole.com with any queries and we will be delighted to assist you.

How long does my order take to arrive at mine?

All items sent within the United Kingdom will arrive the next day by 1pm using Royal Mail Special Delivery providing the jewellery you have ordered is in stock and your order is received by 2.30pm.

If the item is not available right away, we estimate a period of 4-6 weeks from the date your order is received and approved.  We will endeavour to have this delivered to you in the shortest possible time without compromising on quality.

International post to Europe and the Rest of the World will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed with 3-5 days estimated arrival for EU and 5-7 working days for Rest of the World zones 1 and 2.
