Delivery
Emefa Cole Ltd is a bespoke handmade to order service, we estimate a period of 4-6 weeks in order to create and deliver your jewellery.
If the jewellery of your choice is available, we aim to despatch on the same day providing your order is received by 2.30pm.
If the item is not available right away, we estimate a period of 4-6 weeks. We will endeavour to have this delivered to you in the shortest possible time without compromising on quality.
All items sent within the United Kingdom will arrive by 1pm the day after it was posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery providing the jewellery you have ordered is in stock.
International post to Europe and the rest of the world will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed with 3-5 days estimated arrival for EU and 5-7 working days for rest of the world zones 1 and 2.
All items will be insured during transit only until the point of delivery.

Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our business, most of our jewellery will be made to order according to customer specifications, as such, Emefa Cole Ltd cannot offer refunds on purchases.
Emefa Cole Ltd will only refund non special order items if the item is returned unused and in the same condition it was sent. Emefa Cole Ltd reserves the right to refuse a full refund should the above condition not be adhered to.
We are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
All returns will be paid for by the customer and not by Emefa Cole Ltd.
No responsibility can be accepted by Emefa Cole Ltd for damage caused to returned goods, resulting either from the customer or the carrier’s negligence.
